The abundant variety of delicious foods available in Tokachi lends itself perfectly to the creation of dishes full of originality.




Japanese Restaurant Yukizasa

Serving only the freshest foods year round with seasonal specialties and direct delivery from the fishing ports of the northern seas. Taste the fresh flavours of mountain vegetables in spring, fresh cuisine during summer and the taste of buckwheat in autumn.

The finest wines are kept in this carefully monitored environment, reminiscent of a traditional French cellar, to maintain their exceptional quality. A limited stock of around 1,000 bottles is kept with a selection of wines from France and Hokkaido. The sommelier will gladly recommend a wine to compliment your meal or for your enjoyment in the privacy of your own room.
